Returns + Exchanges
We built our gear to be used. You should be able to find out if it works for you.
Try it. Train in it. Put it through a real session. If it’s not right, send it back within 30 days of delivery.
- Returns and size exchanges are free on U.S. orders.
- Start your return within 30 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, you’ll have 14 days to ship it back.
- Worn or used items are eligible for return during the 30-day return window.
- Gift cards and items marked Final Sale can’t be returned or exchanged.
- Items purchased on unsung.com must be returned through our online returns portal.
- When possible, please include any original packaging, accessories, and tags.
- Returns can be dropped off at any eligible carrier location that accepts the provided return label.
International Orders
International orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery through our online returns portal.
International return shipping is not free. Where available, a return label will be provided through our returns process and the applicable return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
We don’t currently offer exchanges on international orders. If you need another size or color, return your original order and place a new one.
Duties, taxes, and other import fees are handled differently by country and may not always be refundable. Any eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with local requirements. See Passport Global for more information.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law.
UNSUNG isn’t responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit when they aren’t shipped using the return label provided through our returns process.

Damages + Issues
Something wrong with your order? Contact us as soon as possible if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
Gift cards and items marked Final Sale can’t be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Start a free size exchange through our returns portal.
If you want a different color or style, return your original item and place a new order.
Refunds
We’ll let you know once we’ve received and processed your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
