We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

U.S. Orders

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours.

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders of $125 or more.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.

Canada Orders

We ship Canadian orders through our international fulfillment partner.

Shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and any applicable duties and taxes are shown at checkout.

International delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Duties + Taxes

For Canadian orders, applicable duties, taxes, and import fees will be shown at checkout when available.

These charges are determined by the destination and are separate from the product price and shipping cost.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll email you tracking information.

Tracking may take some time to update after your package has been handed off for delivery.

Changes + Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us at support@teamunsung.com as soon as possible.

We’ll do our best to help, but once an order has entered fulfillment, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your tracking shows an unusual delay, your package is marked delivered but you can’t locate it, or your order arrives damaged, contact us at support@teamunsung.com.

We’ll review the issue and help determine the next step.
